LL.M. (Harvard), Maître en droit (Paris V) ist Gründer und Namenspartner der Wirtschaftsrechtskanzlei
BRÖDERMANN & JAHN Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in Hamburg. Nach
seinem Studium in Paris und an der Harvard Law School war er zunächst in Washington
D.C. als Anwalt tätig, bevor er in Deutschland studiert und im internationalen Gesellschaftsrecht
promoviert hat. Seit 1990 ist Dr. Brödermann als Anwalt in Hamburg tätig.
Sein Schwerpunkt liegt im internationalen Vertrags- und Schiedsverfahrensrecht. Herr Dr.
Brödermann ist Co-Autor zahlreicher Bücher, Buchbeiträge und Aufsätze (u.a. “Internationales
Privat- und Verfahrensecht”, 4. Aufl. Heymanns 2007, BGB Kommentar, hrsg. von
Prütting/Wegen/Weinreich, 3. Aufl. Luchterhand 2008 (u.a. Bürgschaft §§ 765 ff, Co-Autor
Internationales Schuldrecht Art 27 ff.) Dr. Brödermann ist Mitglied des europäischen Expertennetzwerkes
zur Erstellung eines Gemeinsamen Referenzrahmens (CFR-net) und
Vorsitzender des Outer Space Committee der International Bar Association sowie Vorstandsmitglied
der Hanseatischen Rechtsanwaltskammer Hamburg.

Thorsten Lange, Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht
Thorsten Lange ist Oberregierungsrat und seit 2000 im Bundesaufsichtsamt für das Kreditwesen
(BaKred) bzw. in der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) tätig.
Er ist stellvertretender Leiter des für Bankaufsichtsrecht einschließlich der Bearbeitung
von Rechtsbehelfen gegen bankaufsichtliche Maßnahmen zuständigen Referats, bearbeitet
in diesem Rahmen Widersprüche und vertritt die BaFin vor Gericht. Darüber hinaus betreut
er die Verfahren, in denen Amtshaftungsansprüche gegen die BaFin geltend gemacht

Marcus Trinick – Planning; Partner

Marcus is a partner wholly specialising
in renewable energy. He is listed in Chambers 2008 as the leading renewable energy
lawyer in the UK.
Marcus has advised on over 250 onshore wind energy projects throughout the British
Isles, and has advised on planning issues relating to renewables in Denmark. He has also
advised on over 20 offshore renewable energy projects in UK waters. He has appeared as
advocate at over 40 wind farm inquiries in the UK and has been involved in planning for
renewables since 1988, and since about 1993 on a full time basis.
Marcus is a Board member of the British Wind Energy Association. He was one of the
authors of the still current advice on the rating assessment of noise from wind turbines
and, in 2000, advised the Department of Trade and Industry on the consenting regime for
offshore wind farms in UK waters and in the UK Renewable Energy Zone.
Marcus is therefore wholly familiar with the commercial as well as consenting issues facing
renewables developers from concept to operation.
Highlights of Marcus’ involvement in renewables over the last few years have included
advising on the 1000 MW London Array project in the Thames Estuary, appearing at inquiries
into or advising on 90% of onshore Electricity Act wind energy proposals in the UK,
advising on offshore wind energy development at Gwynt y Mor, Humber Gateway, Shell
Flat, West of Duddon Sands and Walney, as well as on all of Centrica’s offshore wind energy
projects.
Marcus has also been heavily involved in negotiations with the Ministry of Defence and
civilian aviation operators in relation to the impacts of wind turbines on radar capabilities.

Rechtsanwalt Rainer Heidorn, Blanke Meier Evers, Bremen
Herr Rechtsanwalt Heidorn beschäftigt sich seit acht Jahren fast ausschließlich mit rechtlichen
Fragen der Finanzierung, Realisierung und des Betriebs von Anlagen zur Gewinnung
alternativer Energie. Nach dem Studium an den Universitäten Osnabrück, Regensburg
und Paris XII (St. Maur) war Herr Heidorn u.a. in der Pariser Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Stasi, Farthouat & Asselineau und der Londoner Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Squire, Sanders & Dempsey
tätig.
